What We Do
LMM provides a number of services, aimed at tackling 3 core areas
Healthcare Delivery
At its core, LMM delivers essential medical services to underserved populations across five counties. These include:
- Cataract surgeries restoring sight to hundreds
- Free medical checkups and consultations
- Mental health services and trauma-informed care
- Repair of diagnostic equipment
This direct care model in collaboration with thed local healthcare workers and agencies are complemented by infrastructure upgrades and technology integration, aiming to transform Liberia’s healthcare delivery system from reactive to proactive
Education
LMM envisions a Liberia where medical knowledge is democratized and sustainably transferred. Through hands-on training in CPR, mental health awareness, and biomedical equipment repair, the mission empowers local healthcare workers, security agencies, and students to build long-term capacity. Diaspora professionals play a key role in mentoring and knowledge exchange, ensuring that global expertise is rooted in local relevance.
Advocacy
LMM advocates for a reimagined healthcare future—one that is inclusive, resilient, and community-driven. By aligning with national leadership and engaging , national and international partners, diaspora professionals, the mission amplifies the call for equitable access, transparency, and innovation in public health.
